All ornithologists are invited to contribute oral and/or poster presentations to the scientific sessions.
To apply for a place follow instructions for online submission at Registration (this will be active on 1 March, 2012).
The Committee will select and organise papers in appropriate sessions based on the scientific content of the abstract.
Abstracts should summarise findings not methods. If all paper sessions are filled, it may be necessary to accept for poster presentation some abstracts submitted for oral presentation.
Oral presentations will be limited to 15 minutes including questions. Preliminary findings or works in progress should be submitted as poster presentations.
Since this is an international meeting, the language of communication and for all presentations is English.
