The dates of the conference are fixed. There will be three days of presentations (27, 28, 29 November, 2012).
On the 29 November, the programme will finish at 3.00 pm (15.00 hours) to allow delegates to join post conference tours or travel home
- Registration -
This must be made on-line and will begin
on 1 March, 2012
Early Bird Registration deadline: 15 May, 2012
Registration deadline: 15 July, 2012
this is a real deadline, if you wish to make an oral or poster presentation
Late Registration: 15 August, 2012
(last opportunity to attend congress but with no opportunity to make
either an oral or a poster presentation)

Submission deadline for abstracts for oral or poster
presentations: 15 June, 2012
(this is also a REAL deadline, not a negotiating date!)
