– Preliminary Programme –
The full programme will be posted in mid-November, 2012. The following sessions and activities are planned:
Plenary Sessions
There will be a number of plenary addresses by renowned ornithologists discussing current topics in Southeast Asian ornithology. The topics will be drawn from conservation biology, taxonomy/ systematics, biogeography and ecology.
Lecture and Poster Sessions
Each day, there will be several scientific sessions with oral presentations (15-minute time slots, including discussion and questions). We plan at least one poster session during the Congress.
All posters should be accompanied by one or more authors.
All ornithologists are invited to contribute an oral or poster presentation to the scientific sessions (see Call for Papers).
Topics
Presentations can be on any aspect of ornithology in Southeast Asia.
